At Nova Store, we understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
User-Initiated Cancellations:
Cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
App/Provider-Initiated Cancellations:
If Nova Store cancels your booking due to bike unavailability or unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Process:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
