Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 February 2026

At Nova Store, we understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. User-Initiated Cancellations:

    • Cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

  2. App/Provider-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If Nova Store cancels your booking due to bike unavailability or unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund.

  3. Refund Process:

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
