At Nova Store, we ensure your bike reaches you safely and on time.
Pickup Location:
Bikes can be picked up from your chosen pickup location as selected in the app.
Please be ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid delays.
Drop-Off Location:
Bikes must be returned to the drop-off location specified in your booking.
Late returns may incur additional charges.
Delivery / Transfer Issues:
If a bike is unavailable at the scheduled pickup location, Nova Store will reschedule or provide a full refund.
Responsibility:
Users are responsible for safe handling and timely return of the bike.
