At Nova Store, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free bike rental experience. Our refund policy is as follows:
Booking Cancellations:
Full refund is available if you cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup.
Ride Issues:
If the bike is unavailable at the pickup location or there is a technical issue, a full refund will be issued.
Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, at the discretion of Nova Store.
Payment Reversals:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Charges:
Any fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the ride are not refundable.
