Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1 February 2026

At Nova Store, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free bike rental experience. Our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Booking Cancellations:

    • Full refund is available if you cancel your booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

    • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup.

  2. Ride Issues:

    • If the bike is unavailable at the pickup location or there is a technical issue, a full refund will be issued.

    • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, at the discretion of Nova Store.

  3. Payment Reversals:

    • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

    • Refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

  4. Non-Refundable Charges:

    • Any fines, penalties, or damages incurred during the ride are not refundable.
